T-Raises:
Hold a dumbbell in your hands and stand on your feet hip distance apart. While keeping your back straight bend on your keens. Now, hold the weight in your front and then move your arms in such a way that you make a shape of T. now bring the weights up till your shoulders and release them. Repeat the steps 15 times.
Mountain Climbers: you need to be in a plan position first after that pull your left knee towards the chest and release it and then pull your right knee towards the chest and release it. This will be like you are in climbing motion. Repeat the procedure for 2 minutes.
Rocking Plank: please be in a plan position before starting this exercise. Now by using your muscles in your arms and core you have to move your weight forward like you are pushing your weight ahead in such a way that your shoulders and head are in front of your hands. Now roll back to the starting position and repeat the process several times.
Push Up: everyone is familiar with this exercise. This is the most common exercise ever. This is a very classic exercise for you because it is so perfect for strengthening the back muscles.
Burpee: to initiate with this exercise come to a plan position. Pull yourself up and start jumping up in the air while having your arms above your head. Jump once and then come back to the start position. Then again jump. Repeat the process several times daily for better results.
Single-Arm Dumbbell Raises: again this is wonderful exercise and can produce the positive effects in just a week. Move forward your upper body a little bit put one hand on the front wall and hold the dumbbell in your other hand in front of your belly. Now pull the weight towards your upper body and release it. Repeat the process several times.
